Lego anyone?

Lego anyone?

Lego has changed so much over the years and the possibilities are endless as to what you can create…. With the help of a box or bricks and some instructions… or maybe you’re just super creative!

I love building Lego, it’s therapeutic and relaxing. And there is always a wow at the end as I finally complete a set.

who else enjoys it? What have you built?

I hope this space inspires others to give it a go!

Re: Lego anyone?

Nah. I haven’t. @Former-Member.

Ive got a hospital stay in a couple of weeks for 3 weeks so I’m just taking some regular kits.

Re: Lego anyone?

I don’t have the space @Captain24 @for anymore regular kits hence thought maybe some using mini bricks.

Re: Lego anyone?

@Former-Member I’ve done some mini bricks from Kmart and Temu. They certainly ain’t like the real deal. They are heaps fiddly especially for those with chunky fingers like me! But they are alright.

@Bow @Captain24 Information sheet I’ve been given provides lists of things to help pass the time including Lego, portable dvd player…. Also includes comfort items including own blanket, teddy bear or soft toy

Re: Lego anyone?

I also find a book can help pass the time as well @Former-Member. I take a book and Lego. But I’ve bought little diamond art kits from the cheap shop or Kmart. I don’t know if that helps. I also got a latch hook kit from Kmart. I have t done much of it but it’s something else to pass time. All these are only little things to pack.

Re: Lego anyone?

Very true @Captain24

Great ideas. I haven’t done latch hook since I was pre teen. I’m thinking of grabbing a colour book out of my stack plus small pack of pencils. Rather bring home things I haven’t done than not have enough things. Need to find something for music, small MP3 players I bought years ago no longer charging

What are mini bricks @Former-Member ? It is the tiny tiny ant lego?

In response to: Re: Lego anyone?

Re: Lego anyone?

@tyme No idea what ant Lego is

Nanobricks are good example of ‘mini bricks’

temu have some where each item is approx 5cm square

Re: Lego anyone?

Hahaha @Former-Member , 'ant' lego is just what I call the tiny lego you get from kmart. It's so small... only good for ants lol.

The nano bricks aren't magnetic, right? They are just like lego, but smaller?
