So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

Gremmie @Former-Member I hope we both have a nonshite day. That we are surrounded by an antipoo force field.

The AntiPoo force field repels all icky things. Creating a personal ick free zone.

Grems @Former-Member your Toolshed posts are poignant. I blame the Hustle culture, Have It All culture and Thrive culture.

It’s a bucket 🪣 of snot, splashed all over social media, making us think what’s wrong with me?

Even my daughter got sucked into it.

A period of time after her 15 year relationship ended, she said. “You read about it all the time. Women my age meet the perfect man, after the end of a long term relationship. They get married and have a baby. Where’s mine!”

No wonder we have MH problems, with these ridiculous stories foisted upon us.
