So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

Im so sorry sweet you are feeling so unwell and fragile. Not getting enough sleep is awful coupled with toothache too.

I am glad you are safe and I have no doubt you are doing your very best. Would you like to talk? Can I do anything at all to help?

I really care about you and love you too. If I can be there for you just say the word.

Each day since the last taper down has been worse. I’m safe but having passive SI. Like you I’m doing my very best to get through all this.

Sending you all my love and healing plus hugs if you need them.

Sorry for the delayed reply my sweet @Cuddlebear.

Just you being here helps so much sweet ❤️. I keep having nightmares which then result in me waking up in a panicked state, so getting quality sleep is really challenging.

That tapering really is giving you so much grief, I really hope it settles for you soon. I understand all too well with the SI so you're not alone there.

I love you sweet and i appreciate you being here for me and I'm always here for you too. Thankyou for those hugs and I'm sending some your way aswell ❤️.

Hi @Cuddlebear I have been updating my coin information for most of the day. Every time I purchase a coin, I put it on a spreadsheet, but then I also download images of the coins and copy the information about the coin in a document, where I also include what price I paid. I am doing this because my daughter will inherit my coin collection when I die. And she can use what I have saved to help her sell the coins if she doesn't want them, or needs the money. This information should help her not get ripped of when selling them.

I am feeling better today, except for my back as usual. But my stomach area is pain free ☺️

I am glad you liked the hug. If something I send you, can cheer you up, even if it's just a little bit, it is totally worth it. I hope your day was better than yesterday. Please know that I am here for you.

@Cuddlebear I am so sorry you are going through this at the moment, I feel for you ❤️

I have done it a few times, and it is definitely not fun. But at my last change in medication, the psychiatrist prescribed me something to chill me out and to help with the emotions that come up because of the change. So my last change was the best one I have had. And I will be asking for it again for my next change. I have a doctors appointment on the 18th, so will ask for a referral then. As my last referral was denied (not sure why).

@REDLINEZ750 the first picture is exactly how I feel. Because of childhood trauma, I have very little that I can remember. But all the bad shit that I have been through, I can't forget.

I remember asking a psychiatrist once if they have developed a way to get rid of just the bad memories. Lol

The rest are also very true. Thanks for sharing ☺️
