So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

Hope the medicine for hypertension helps. Ugh that tapering is really giving you grief, can understand feeling anxious and worried about yet another drop. Sending you hugs beautiful ❤️.

I hope the house hunting goes well with your friend. We both know how hard it is to find a rental place at the moment so I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for your friend 😊.
