So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

Nice @MissGremlin! Casper and an iced coffee. 🤗 Can it get any better! I'm doing well. Today will be a long day as I haven't got anything planned. A day on SANE, playing Sudoku and Mahjong and pack my bag for the fourth time for my trip tomorrow! 😆 I know I'll go through it again! I've already been shopping and picked up my Meals on Wheels. I'll take some up with me.

I'm going to the Gold Coast @MissGremlin for a holiday; to spend some time with my partner. He's been living up there since the flood separated us three years ago. I've been with him for something like 22 years (never lived together because he is a hoarder and I have OCD 🤯), so I like to catch up with him at least once a year.

I haven't driven on the freeway for a while now and he doesn't drive anymore. To get to each other we have to change buses three times (with all our luggage), and we both feel too old to be doing that! His family is going up there tomorrow for a picnic and will give me a lift. It works well for us as we like our own space anyway. He also loves being in the city now and I prefer the country. We may not see each other very often but he's still my partner❣️
