~ The Toolshed ~

So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

~ The Toolshed! ~

🔧💡🔩🤔

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

P.S. If you haven't already, you can also check out our Coping Toolbox for ideas and strategies to help you when you need to cope with the hard stuff!

So without further ado, lemme kick us off!

Will just tag a few forumites to start, pls do tag anyone you feel would enjoy or wanna contribute to this thread!

@Cuddlebear Keep posting Bella. You can get through this, as you have lots of resilience facing hurdles. Yep, psychiatrists are very human. I hope the taper and divided opinions don’t cause too much stress. You have friends here.

💙

thanks @MissGremlin

Hey @ENKELI @Mustang67 @Jynx @Bunniekins @PeppyPatti and all reading along

@ENKELI I'm sorry sweet, I missed this one.

I definitely prefer the cooler weather, it's been hot yesterday and today and it just takes so much out of me and makes me feel icky.

How are you going today?

@MissGremlin How are you gorgeous. Thank you so much. It’s been a hard morning and these affirmations are perfect right now.

Re: ~ The Toolshed ~

Hello @Cuddlebear my sweet, sorry it's been a hard morning for you, sending you hugs ❤️. I'm doing ok I guess, but the heat really is getting to me. We are supposed to have a thunderstorm at some stage today hopefully, tomorrow will be cooler but then the weekend is hot again. Hope you can stay inside and keep cool today.
