~ The Toolshed ~

So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

~ The Toolshed! ~

🔧💡🔩🤔

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

P.S. If you haven't already, you can also check out our Coping Toolbox for ideas and strategies to help you when you need to cope with the hard stuff!

So without further ado, lemme kick us off!

Will just tag a few forumites to start, pls do tag anyone you feel would enjoy or wanna contribute to this thread!

@MissGremlin Good morning my friend. How are you? You’re sounding a bit better? Love the affirmations. I’m back home now continuing the taper from home as they discharged me.

@MissGremlin I’m so glad you are OK. I missed you while I was away. I genuinely like chatting to you on the forums.

It’s been challenging been home. Tapering of some nasty antidepressant known for brutal withdrawal symptoms. I’m disappointed they sent me home like this. I’m at a loss as to what to do.

@Cuddlebear I've missed chatting to you too ❤️.

It's disappointing that they sent you home, have you got people that you can contact for support if things get really hard? Know that we are with you always, sending you hugs sweet ❤️.
