So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

@Chasingsunsets it was definitely funny. Hehe yes echidna's are very good diggers and super quick lol. Yes the echidna was ok, very happy and healthy.

Thank you @MissGremlin i hope you also read the sprinkles of kindness you offer to others!

@Bunniekins i remember hedgehogs being a nightly sighting in Christchurch but haven't seen one in Aus.

On an adventure with a friend saw Echidnas though and she picked one up like an expert despite my concerns of her not making it to nearest hospital if others attacked.
