So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

Go the Olympic Sprinter Body Suit, if it makes you feel better.

If I workout in a public gym or public space, I like a lot of fabric between me and the outside world.

I am obvious to women’s body parts. I’ve had many conversations on the beach with topless women and haven’t noticed that they were topless, until someone else told me 😆

I don’t know how @ENKELI feels about sauna. I only have three rules for sauna:

No bare bottoms

No talking

No hacking coughs

@ENKELI I still don’t know why CatLadyFriend’s mother called you gnat and changed it to Gernat. Did it have to do with Kermit the Frog?🐸

Terry Pratchett im almost certain is an author of book or books i have read

@ENKELI i used to work with a lot of fins in 90s they were guns at formwork,

can still say more beer and more beer quickly and few other things i can say i forget english translation of i would butcher any attempt to spell them though

My doctor referred me to a bulk billing psychiatrist in the area so I can have a medication review. I just received a phone call from the clinic to advise me that the psychiatrist has rejected my referral. WTF! Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Thanks @Jynx I ended up spending the day not thinking about him, and searching for the best coin prices on some coins I am interested in. That kept my mind very busy. It was bucketing down on Monday, so I didn't end up going to the cemetery either. When I feel up to it, I will go and put some flowers on his grave and try to remember some good times 😊
