So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

~ The Toolshed! ~

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

Do they go in an Art folder, Feature wall, Resin outdoor pavers? 🙌🏼💖 so you can admire your work.

@Glisten sadly I don't have anywhere to put them up so they just sit on a shelf. I should get an art folder to keep them safe from getting dusty. I've only completed 3 at the moment as they take a long time to finish and I can only do it for a short period before I need a break from it.

@Glisten yes, I have them trying to steal my coffee, one microlitre at a time. Little swines.

My crazy cat lady friends' mum used to call me gnat. Then it became gernat. I'll let you try and work out why she called me that 😁

I've been down to my GP to pick up some scripts, then up to my pharmacy and back home, changed out of street clothes and am now catching up on my emails with a mocha.

How's life in the Brook? You do know you don't have to be up before 8.30 each morning right? And you don't have to feel guilty. (saying this to myself as well, as I struggle with guilt if I spend too much day time in bed)
