So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

I found this as anniversary memory that came up in my post on social media

I still have a few traumas to address, but as I am sure you are all aware, it takes time to find the right method to deal with them. But I am definitely in a mindset than I was this time last year.

@REDLINEZ750 yes there are some happy thoughts, but because of my memory issues and the length of time that has past, they are fading. Most of the time I only seem to remember something if I had a strong emotional reaction to it. Either good or bad. But I am over the anger part with what he put me through, so looking at finding those happy memories this year.

@MissGremlin they are all great. I resonate with the seal one. As this is how I see my journey. Sometimes it feels like I take 3 steps forward and two steps back. But to me I am still moving forward.

@Mustang67 yes I do know that feeling well. But we just have to keep going, I live my life minute by minute most of the time just focusing on what's happening from one moment to the next. Keep going, you've got this ❤️

@MissGremlin when I stop to think about it, I think I live minute by minute as well. If I look to far ahead, I tend to get overwhelmed and then can't cope.
