So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

thank you so much friend @MissGremlin ❤️🫂 like just over an hour ago I've been going out on a walk at a park, but while i was walking there I didn't feel as "energetic" as I sometimes do, because from time to time I would be thinking about some things and I would feel down at the same time. I think I've had this happened a lot to be honest...

@Blackcloud my week was ok, didn't get up to much. Had a shopping trip yesterday and brought myself a painting to do and a few little crochet kits ☺️. What's your plans for the week ahead sweet?

@MissGremlin I have two events at my uni that I’ll be attending - one for tomorrow and the other one that’s on Thursday so I’m low-key looking forward to it. I’ve been doing a bit of an exam revision, since my exam for one of the subjects in this trimester is gonna be on the 10th October, so 12-13 more days left. Im not sure how confident I feel about the actual exam. I’ve been doing the practice exam & watching a couple of videos on YouTube that cover some topics that we’ve done - that’s pretty much it. But I detest exams (especially when they’re closed-book) with a burning passion.
