So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

@MissGremlin Sending you virtual hugs my friend. I know it’s been tough for you. I’m proud of you for all your efforts and caring about people going through stuff themselves.

I have a lot of fear, worry and feeling very overwhelmed with everything. I don’t know if you ever feel lost? But I’m feeling lost and I don’t have a purpose at all. I don’t even know what will help anymore. I miss my mum and the love she showered me with. I have to get ready for support worker and I just have no motivation for it. I don’t know it’s just hard.

I hear you. I know how hard it is to feel lost and like you don't have a purpose, they are such heavy feelings to sit with. I value our friendship here, i enjoy chatting to you and love how you are always so kind and compassionate. Missing your mum and the love she showered you with would be so hard but try to treasure the beautiful moments and memories you shared together ❤️. Can we break down the steps you need to do in order to get ready for the support worker coming, we can just take it one little step at a time. I'm here with you sweet and sending you gentle hugs ❤️.
