So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

@MissGremlin I haven’t been cooking often these days. I feel like even if I try getting myself to, it seems that I can’t. I don’t know..it just seems like so much effort to prepare and everything.. but I do get some cooked food from my mum weekly though, and I do my best to commit to cooking, or even steaming something here and there

edit: oh, but I have started making the blueberry kale smoothie recently. And I love it!!

right now I got 2-3 weeks left till 2 of my assignments (that I've been working on within the past few weeks + this week) are due and then I'll be done! I hope I can get decent marks on these assignments though 🤞🏼 then after that I have 2 other assignments I need to work on that are due till the last week of September.
