So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

It's tough sometimes not feeling like your achieving anything during the day.

But I'm sure that we are. I'm trying to work it out in my head I think I'm writing notes over that of being neuro diverse, mi, head injury ---- it's somewhere in the unit. A few pages somewhere......

Here's a cute toy for you. I think @MissGremlin or @avant-garde has something to do with this toy I'm thinking about selling peanut for .....

It's much easier that when we were going crazy stressed with high school assignments doing your own research with internet help ....I enjoy.

I’ve been sick since Tuesday 23 jun.

Today I didn’t have to take fist fulls of cold & flu meds.

But I’m back in bed rugged up for tonight.
