So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

@MissGremlin Hello how are you? I’m really glad last night at the social thing that it wasn’t loud. I’m glad it wasn’t as bad as usual for you.

My appointment went ok. I have another housing appointment today which is really worrying me this morning. It’s depressing having to go there and the workers are not empathetic and last time I had anxiety attacks for days.

I'm glad the appointment went ok. I hear you, I really hope the appointment today goes well and that they are able to help. I'm sorry that the workers haven't been empathetic, a little bit of kindness in these situations goes a long way. I'll be thinking of you sweet, sending you hugs ♥️
