So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

@MissGremlin Was the phone call ok? It sounds like it may have caused some stress to you. I know it’s terribly hard answering a call so I’m proud of you for doing that.

I too wish snapping out of it was the solution. People harp on about mental health but in truth they have no idea or real empathy when it comes to the crunch. People with lived experience really understand and don’t expect anyone to just magically be better. That’s something these forums can do really well. You’re most welcome for the compliment. Everything I said was true.

Yes it was good getting some sun. It’s chilly but today the sun is out and it has stopped raining. It was so cold last night.

I hope the afternoon goes really well for you. How is Caspar today? Enjoying the squeeky toys?

@Cuddlebear i hate talking on the phone in general and it was a stressful call. I'm supposed to be making a phone call but i just don't have that in me today.

Yeah the forums are great cos everyone here has that lived experience so we all get it. We all know how hard it is and that there is good days and bad days. Thankyou ♥️

Its been chilly lately but it's nice when the sun does come out.

Casper is doing well and had fun zooming around the house earlier now he is cuddled up next to me sleeping.

I have realised ........taken me million of years to realise this is that there really is a season for everything.

It's ok if you need to self-care by scrolling. It's fine.
