Good morning!
It looks like it's been a while since anyone's said Good Morning to each other. Perhaps we can start it up again, wish each other a good morning and encourage each other to have a good day 😉.

I need to take time from the forums…
…thank you @Kyle1 …the eyes of my eyes are opened…
The morning air is so crisp and beautiful, there is the gentlest of breezes. And I just heard the very first bird call of the brand new day…
please don’t loathe me too much…

I prefer Emerson, anyhow @Kyle1 “To go into solitude, a (man) needs to retire as much from his chamber as from society. I am not solitary whilst I read and write, though nobody is with me. But if a (man) would be alone let him look at the stars. The rays that come from those heavenly worlds.”…

alone beneath the stars...
and yet they have dotted the way of human culture, both practically and spiritually, since the very beginning.
It reminds me of (whitman?): "I am large, I contain multitudes"
That's so interesting, @Former-Member - your anthropology field. I read that you were once doing a thesis on first nations rock art, and now you've pinpointed your pole star enough to finish it someday... Having that direction is great! It certainly helps when our compass can find North for us.
I just assumed you referred to traditional Australian culture,..but now as I think about it I'm wondering if your thesis also includes people's of other continents??
I don't recall where or when (can not reference this) but I did come across something interesting a long time ago...perhaps you could verify for me?
It was that, of all native peoples, the ones most genetically akin to the Aboriginals of Australia were infact the south Americans! More over, each society shares a rainbow snake as a principle figure within their mythological history... ?
Geologically, there is a general consensus that both land forms were joined once upon a distant time (with maybe a larger version of new Zealand stitching the two together, in Gondwana days)... ?
IDK... but, interesting stuff!
So glad to hear from you, @Former-Member
It sounds like you might be doing OK today, yeah?
And thank you for a sky full of stars. A beautiful thought ✨️ 🙏
