I had a migraine triggered yesterday from barely sleeping and still recovering from it. I slept better last night, mind still feels very foggy. This morning I felt discomfort in my body, my mind went to when I used to feel it years ago. Then I noticed myself feeling distant, sort of floaty. I hope I can get through the day today with uni
@fluffylight, I am overflowing of emotions, and I have a class later this evening. I need to keep myself together. I didn’t read all the content for this week, but right now that’s not a priority, it’s about resting up before class. I am sure my tutor would be understanding, I had a busy day 💖

Re: Nothing feels real
@fluffylight, l’ve been occupied with prayers and will be having dinner soon. I still have over an hour to relax and slow down 💖. At the end of the day, tutors and uni want students to look after themselves, particularly since we are going into the social work profession

Whats for dinner? 🙂@creative_writer
Sending you so much calm your way 💖
Yes that is a good point! Social work is a heavy field itself and the most important thing is to look after yourself - sounds like you are doing some of that right now

@fluffylight, class went okay, it was a good distraction.

I am sad that I have to re-experience this again, even if it’s not happening, it hurts so much to relive it
