hi @Murphey

I love to work wood, but my 'zen' would probably be playing guitar. I am not very proficient but do manage to find some kind of entrainment, even if it's with just one or two chords. 🎶

Great topic @Murphey building flat pack furniture is so satisfying

Hi @Kyle1 great that you have found something that helps you.

My 'Zen' would have to be reading and journaling. It takes me out of my head and relaxes me too.

I hope more people jump on this thread 😁

Have a good day to you both

Wow, good on you @Murphey I am not very good at putting flat pack furniture together as I tend to go through the instructions too quickly and miss key points...

My zen place is taking photos and then working on them in Photoshop. I also love creating stencil art pieces like the one in my profile picture, I can spend hours creating them.

Hi @Murphey I don’t know what my zen is but maybe I can get some ideas on this thread!

Some great ideas in here!

My Zen is making electronic music, writing books, gardening, or meditating.

I have developed, by myself through months of self-training, a method of meditation which allows the brain to go into standby, if you will. That is where I truly find my Zen!

Putting together flat pack furniture I find either rewarding or outright frustrating.

my zen would be music, I have large eclectic collection of music cds.

also family history research which I get engrossed in

Great ideas here! @Murphey

I'd say sitting in the sun on the beach is my zen 🙂
