It sounds like you are dealing with a lot at the moment and it can be really hard to speak up about things like you describe. Thank you for having the courage and strength to be vulnerable with the community of peers here.
I'm just a little concerned and wanted to check that you are safe right now?
No one deserves to experience abuse of any kind and there are people you can talk with. Have you contacted 1800RESPECT before?

I was emotionally and mentally abused by my father until mum and I left
But I am still suffering from years later especially when something happens and it brings everything back up , I thought I would be over it kind of
