Not yet @Zoe7 ..... but probably will this afternoon .... have to get on with it again to finish before final pack-up.

On my way back from my green park. Said goodbye to the mountains till next time .....

Then it will be 3:30 - 4pm 'lunch' (lol) and then painting time.

Managed some beautiful photos of Wintersun Cat on my way up here .... will post a bit later .... she was awake and being affectionate with the door on my behalf .... 😊

I am so wide awake and don't have anymore meds to take to help - only get one day's supply at a time. This really sucks tonight - at least I am not stressing out - even did the washing up!!!!

Chamomile tea will help if you've got some .... bananas and lavender have sleep-inducing properties too @Zoe7.

Our regular lunch venue has a Bain-Marie of oven or casserole foods, song with a fresh grill menu...... I like the surprise of finding what they have. In the Bain-Marie and just choosing in the moment .... spoilt for choice .... and at the sort of cost of a sandwich here ....

Sounds like a great lunch venue @Faith-and-Hope - love to have such a choice and cheap!

Hoping these meds will start to kick in soon - did take them a bit later tonight because I forgot before Topic Tuesday - so about 3 hours later than last night. Not feeling the effects at all yet - maybe the sleep during the day really didn't help either! Going to try really hard to stay awake all day tomorrow - don't have appointment until 4.30 so probably won't get home until at least 6pm. I can feed my babies and take meds early and hopefully be asleep by about 10pm. Well that's my plan anyway - who knows what will really happen tomorrow!!!

Have made appointment with psychologist on Monday - was earliest time as she only works Mon -Wed. Really need to start sorting through my night time 'stuff'. It is going to be really tough - over 20 years of not dealing with it! I really don't know how I have got this far with my lack of sleep, nightmares, fears and broken sleep for so long. Now I am just rambling on - I really must be bored!!!!!! Sorry!!!!

Okay .... Here's today's selection .....

I had Roast Chicken Maryland with lemon and potatoes, and a side of Spanakorizo (soinach cooked with with rice! Spring onions and dill).

There's Mousaka ..... Cabbage a rolls in Egg-lemon sauce ... Chickpeas .... Greek style spaghetti with casserole meats or meatballs in tomatoe sauce .... Eggplant Fricasee ....

Its real bistro food.
