@Appleblossom, yes, I agree with @Zoe7 that it is important for you to pursue your own interests and use them to bring joy into your life. For different reasons, in different ways, we have ended up on a similar recovery path, you and I .... 💜💐

@Zoe7 I am glad you are getting some more sleep, even if it’s in dribs and drabs, and yes, not at all surprised that you’re headachey. Keep taking care of you ahead of the meeting tomorrow and Cat’s surgery on Thursday ..... pre-emptively helping to cushion the fallout feelings afterwards. Hugs and hugs Hon ..... ❤️🦋
