I went to bed exhausted again last night, with broken, but long-ish sleep, and need to get up now to complete some homework I didn’t get to last night.

I have been checking for you across the day, and will continue to do so. I want to celebrate the birdhouses, and ask for a picture, but the fact that Cat was unwell at the same time has me very concerned that all is not okay for you and you are taking time out .....

I note that you have not logged on now for 3 days. This is most unusual for you, even if you're flat out busy you always find the time to check in here. Clearly something is amiss with you or yours, and I'm becoming more and more concerned for you as each day passes and still no check in from you.

I do not want to put any pressure on you, but would really appreciate something from you. Just a 'support button' so we know you're okay would be enough, until you're feeling more able to talk. But if something is wrong Zoe, we all want to try to help you through whatever it is. Leaving this for you .... with much love and concern.

Going through some stuff. I will be okay but needed some time and space to deal with it. Have been super busy with school stuff and trying to get through the nights - exhausted. Cat is okay - back eating properly again but the worry of her combined with everything else was too much for me. I did not mean to worry anyone but really needed to avoid any further triggers and felt being here would increase that likelihood.

I am overwhelmed with the support here form everyone and it has sent me into tearyland tonight - maybe that is what I needed to let some of it out though.

Thank you for your concerns and constant support - you all mean so much to me. There are times I wish that wasn't the case so I could be alone in my own world but it is clear that you all won't let me do that - and that is probably a good thing right now
