I do the same when I come home from work @Meowmy The connections here and checking in with others actually helps me to relax - it is also time for myself and helps me unwind from the day.

Hearing you @Shaz51 I often feel like that when I come home from work. Take it easy with yourself tonight and if you are too tired to stay up much longer then listen to your body and head to bed my sister
