You’re probably (hopefully) asleep by now @Zoe7 .

It’s been a rollercoaster day, and very emotional besides, but it’s over now and things are progressing in the direction they need to go. D1 helped do a reset of boundaries ...... very much needed in the moment ..... because there was more wonkiness happening that threatened to derail the day’s efforts entirely. It’s when my mr. feels under pressure to achieve what he thinks he needs to achieve, that his thinking and behaviour goes awry. It ended up being a “divide and conquer” with a couple of us coming back to work independently of him, when his regimen had taken over and taken him away from where we were trying to sort and clear.

There will be more to do tomorrow, but he considers himself clear of it all, which is a blessing in fact. Same deal .... whatever doesn’t get sorted this time gets stored again for next visit, and so it will go until it’s all done ..... and which is how it should be, and should have been ....

Hoping to sleep well tonight before another challenging day tomorrow.

It seems like you achieved a lot with the wonderful help of D1 sorting some of those boundaries for you @Faith-and-Hope You are so lucky to have such a level headed daughter that also stands up for what is needed Hon

Not having Mr there today will undoubtedly assist you in getting more done and with less pressure ...then what you don't get done can wait until next time ...that takes some of the pressure off as you can plot your own path throughout today.

I hope you slept well last night and are well rested for today. It is emotionally challenging for you to work through and sort all these boxes as well as physically constant. Very much feeling for you on both fronts

I did get some sleep but have a lot to do today. Finished all the kids pompoms bar one which I didn't have the wool for. The little pompoms the kids will need to complete their animals will have to be done tomorrow and I can then finish them tomorrow night. Then on Tuesday we can add on all the legs, fins, etc. I haven't been able to look for the googly eyes yet - have not had time. The priority today is the marking and planning then if I have time afterwards I will begin moving things and look for the eyes.

Have housework to get done as well but will do that in breaks from the planning. Only going to do what is necessary today and leave the rest - the bonus of living by myself Also have to go out to the shop for a couple of things - but that won't take long.
