Any good churches to visit there? Did you go this morning? Love ancient architecture and history. Churches are great for it. Hugz xox

You have a wonderful GP keeping a close and caring eye on you like that @oceangirl . I am glad you are feeling a bit better. It sounds like it has been a really hard week for you. Hold your fur babies close Hon, and I hope, day by day, this next week sees you feeling stronger.

Hugs n hugs ❣️

Sorted some paperwork I needed to do and organised some assessment proformas tonight so bit by bit getting there @Faith-and-Hope A lot of marking and planning to do but at least I have made a start on the list. How are you going with your work?

Re: Far and Away

It has taken until now to finally sit down to it @Zoe7 . After the shopping S2 needed some care cos he has come down with the cold heavily too. He needed a clean up done, and a floor mopped quite specifically, and rubbish taken out to make the place hygienic again. He has been sick for a couple of days, so there were dishes everywhere too, and he needed water to drink ..... all sorted now .... and then it was cooking omlette for the girls, and one for S2 for breakfast tomorrow, full of Vit C foods to help pick them all up again.

Oh your poor baby dragons @Faith-and-Hope Never nice having a houesold full of sick people but as usual you take such wonderful care of them

I am definitely going to have a late one tonight. I know I needed the sleep today but now much more awake. ...and if it is anything like last night I am best to just stay up and get some things done myself. Got some more washing on - things I had soaking - and will wash one of your neices bed's next.

Do you think you will get your work finished tonight? Would be great if you could and have some time to yourself tomorrow.

Re: Far and Away

I fell asleep ahead of responding to this message @Zoe7 ....

Good morning.

No, assignment not finished, but I didn’t expect it to be. Enough is done to set a nice pace across the afternoon and evening before submission tonight tho, so that is good.

Re: Far and Away

Good afternoon @Faith-and-Hope

It sounds like you are getting on to of that assignment and even better you got some sleep last night. I managed 6 hours myself straight through so feeling a little more alive today. Been working most of the morning - having small breaks and doing a little cleaning up as I go. Already had lunch and tidied up the kitchen so just the washing up to go.

Still got a lot to get done for school but needed a brain break for a while. Want to get more done before the footy starts around 4pm so I can sit down and watch it. Still a few hours to go so will aim to achieve the rest of the marking before then and that will leave the planning for tonight.

Did you make it to church this morning? How are your baby dragons doing today?

Re: Far and Away

I am very pleased to hear you got that sort of run of sleep @Zoe7 ..... it makes life much easier to manage. And I am glad you are working your way through the program you set out to achieve for the weekend. Good on you 🌷

Yes, made it to church, and on time ✅

Havent seen much of the baby dragons yet today, apart from D2 who is with me, but we will be catching up for lunch ahortly.

Re: Far and Away

Really pleased you made it to church - and on time 👍

Yes progressively getting it all done here and prioritising what I need to get finished and what can possibly wait to be done throughout the week if need be. Some of the marking doesn't need to be done before tomorrow and as much as I would prefer not to have to do it after school it may be the case I have to - see how I go today but not putting excess pressure on myself.

Hope your other baby dragons are getting over their colds and you all have a lovely lunch together. Say hi to D2 and Visual from me
