I managed to doze off again, but have woken with congestion. The girls are sharing a cold, and now it seems they have shared it with me .... lol.

Just fell asleep on the couch but I suspect that will not be the last time I do that today. Glad you managed to doze off again too - we both seem to be keeping cat habits - which I am ok with today 😺😊

It is good news about Cat - she is outside now that it has stopped raining ...sitting under her tree where she loves to go - she is one cute little fur baby

Need to peg out the washing and then going th lay down for a bit longer - tummy not feeling too good this morning so hopefully some more sleep will help that settle too.

Running too late for a hair-taming apt this morning to grab a coffee @Zoe7 . They might give me one there to keep me going.

That would be great - you would be able to tackle two things at once and keep you going for a while @Faith-and-Hope I am off to the shop soon so I can get that done early and have the rest of the weekend at home - not much to get but need enough to get me through the next few days until pay day. So grateful my sister could lend me some money otherwise I would be living off 2 minute noodles for the next few days

Have been to the shop and home now so can spend the rest of the weekend on school work and resting when I need to @Faith-and-Hope Have the last of the washing on (needed more washing powder) and have eaten = that should give me a bit more energy for a while.

Hope your hair-taming appointment is going okay and it is getting more back to how you want it. It may be a small thing in the wider scheme of things but it makes a big difference to how we feel about ourselves when things like our hair is how we would like it to be.

Hope the rest of the day goes to plan for you Hon and you get plenty done. Hugs and hugs 💕💐😍

I have started a text convo with hubby, pointing out that it’s not feasible to get the boxes sorted in a weekend, and we are better to store them again for a little while longer while the house renovate / sell / rent / buy / renovate / move / sell roundabout is in full swing, with our uni commitments loaded besides.

Let’s see what happens now .....

WTG you @Faith-and-Hope Let's hope he realises that it is simply not feasible in the timeframe he has set and you can store the boxes for longer. It will give you some relief if that is the case and then allow you the time you need to sort/move/store in your own time. Let us know what the outcome is Hon - very much hoping he comes to the party for you

Sounds like you have a headache and that is not surprising with the lack of sleep, tears and stress you have been under. You said you were congested this morning also and the girls have a cold so very much hoping it doesn't knock you off your feet too. Plenty of vitamins and water ...and of course rest (which I knwo will be harder to do) ...but your health is so important and you cannot function if you are unwell.

I agree with you that Mr needs to understand that getting stuff out of storage when things are not planned it a huge strain on you - esp as we know he is likely to find a jog more important -

Stick with it Faith - and you seem to have the cold the girls are sharing - bad luck they have decided you need to be in the club - and you have so much on your plate right now - including school work - I am right behind school work

It's great you are getting your hair tamed too - I had some of that myself when you were away - my recent hairdresser was unhappy that I complained about the previous haircut and did a rotten job but I found another one - so much better - she did a fantastic job for me but it will take another haircut to get rid of all the damage

And you had a coffee and found some lunch before heading home - that's good - I am sorry about the cold and a headache too - I hope you feel better soon and can keep the stuff in storage until a more sensible time
