Time to rest and watch a little footy before I do anymore. Hoping to get a little weeding done in the backyard too as it is still a nice day - that may need to wait for another day though as I am pretty tired now I have sat down.

I've not long got home from the Drs and chemist- I am sick but okay. I just took my first lot of medication and I need to go back on Monday for a recheck. What else I have done today- I picked up mountain bike from being serviced and picked up a few things from the bike shop. I am hoping to go for a ride tomorrow- it should be fun.

How are you travelling tonight?

@Faith-and-Hope How is that visual diary wotk going? I am still feeling exhausted from all the work I have done today but need to do a few more things tonight. Been relaxing watching footy and it has been nice to just sit and so very little for the evening. The game was really close which had me jumping off the couch several times - poor Toby didn't know whether he was Arthur or Martha with all the up and down we were both doing lol
