These new meds certainly don't work as well for sleep as the last ones did but I need to persist with them - they are slowly helping with my depression and that is important too.

Did you get to watch the SOO footy tonight @Zoe7 ? I know you were fence sitting, but I most definitely was not! It was a very exciting game and I was thrilled to bits that the Blues won. It was looking very much like QLD would come from behind and win, as they so often have done in previous years. But no .. NSW came up with a brilliant try to win in the final 30 seconds. Yay 🎉🎉 Sorry to @Shaz51 our resident Maroon. 😍

@Former-Member I did see the SOO game. It was a brilliant game to watch and I found myself cheering on the Blues in the second half Really happy for you with their win but also knowing that @Shaz51 would be disappointed

Still a broken sleep for me, and on a skewed axis, but I managed four or more hours between 12:00 and around 5:30am, when I woke up really hungry, so ate something, then slept again till about 8:30am ..... got up slowly after that and sorted out a few things before taking myself out for lunch.

Need to start sorting out unpacking and homework after this, to feel organised again.

Not an ideal night for you @Faith-and-Hope but glad you got some more sleep after you ate. I did much the same - up around 4am then another hour or so sleep on the couch. Had another nap after going to the chemist so whilst still really tired at least banked a little sleep. Ran into my assistant principal at the chemist which was a nice surprise. Apparently the new carpet in the classroom has been layed so I can go in to sort out the room. Was going to do that today but too tired so will leave it until next week. I might have the giraffe done by then so can take that in at the same time.

It will be great for you to get the unpacking and sorting out done and your homework underway. A sense of normality and order in an otherwise chaotic life can often help.

Yeah @Zoe7, and the curriculum is already giving me assignments that are therapeutic .... lol .... someone is looking after me .... 😏
