I am so so pleased the giraffe is fixable.

He needs his front legs fixed as they have buckled in the weather, his head fixed and then re-painted. It will take a bit of time but it will be something I enjoy doing so I am looking forward to it @Faith-and-Hope He is presently living in the loungeroom (and so is the echidna). Hoping to have the echidna done this week - just need to do a bit more on his legs and then a layer of white to finish him off. The kids can then paint him and put on the spikes.

I figure I can spend some time during the day doing school work and then have the evenings to do the papier mache. It dries pretty quickly overnight with the heater on.

@oceangirlmy sister , i thought i would be worse today

my SIL sais I did not look well this morning

been very busy today , as it is mum`s birthday , threw a morning tea this morning , aunties, uncles and cousins came and brought a plate too which was great

I made some scones last night and mr shaz ate about 5 of them , so i still had enough to take to mum`s this morning

done soo much today , still going , don`t know how though @BlueBay

I fell asleep and am trying to wake myself up enough to not fall asleep again, and burn the chicken in the oven .....

What are the echidna spikes made out of @Zoe7 ? Will they be painted on ?

@MDT, @Faith-and-Hope , I think i have just reached that point now , just cooked homemade pizza and now i feel yuk , soo going to stop everything now xxx

Going to use wooden kebab sticks for the echidna spikes @Faith-and-Hope . The kids can paint them then stick them in easily. We can dab a bit of hot glue on each one so they stay put.
