Hi @Zoe7 ... Really good to hear from you. I'm glad you got to work today and coped well by all accounts. Also pleasing that you are no longer as reliant on the pain killers.

Just brief as I am throwing the last of my gear into a suitcase. Just got dinner and cleanup out of the way. Think I might set my alarm and try to get a couple of hours sleep before I have to leave.

I will try to check in over the coming days.
