Hi @Zoe7 I read back a few pages, sorry youre in pain, what was happening with work?

Do what you need to do to get better. I am/have been trying to balance pain with sleep/doing own physio/walks when can . Cant afford to go to dentist atm. Hard to do anything else when things like that. Hope thigs get better for you soon

Been up and down all night - grabbing short bursts of sleep when the pain subsdes a little. Think the ABs and pain meds are working a little better this morning - certainly not the excruciating pain I was suffering with yesterday and last night.

I will look out for you when I can too @Faith-and-Hope I have a lot going on today too and desperately need more sleep so I can see when I finally get home that is hopefully what I will be able to do. I do need to do a couple of things before DBT and just hoping the pain stays manageable for that session and then pdoc. I would put it all off today if I could but really need this session today.
