I have to thank you for your kind words - I think I needed to hear those tonight too. Today has been such a struggle and this pain currently is continuing. I was so relieved that the dentist could get me in so soon today. I can't even isolate which tooth it is as both top and bottom need to be removed and there seems to be an infection in both areas. Hoping very much that the ABs work overnight because I really need to see my pdoc tomorrow. She needs to know what is going on and how best I can be helped right now.

I am finding it very hard to get excited about what is happening at work because I cannot see that far ahead. One day at a time and hour by hour/minut by minute right now. I fear it is going to be a long night too

@Zoe7 I hope you're able to get the help from your Doctors. You're beautiful and caring person. I truly hope that you will be okay. Things will be better once you get your teeth sorted and you're physically feeling better. Sorry I can't do more to help you- I wish I could. Thinking of you

in the last few months, even as far back as when I went to the US and Poland you were on the forum boosting my morale and giving me great advice. You are a great inspiration. Many of us here will testify to that. @Zoe7

Though not to squeeze the air out of you.

You really have made a significant difference in so many lives and in building the unique culture we share on the forum.

You can get through this. It can be extremely confusing pain when teeth and infection mess with a vulnerable head. Dont listen to Black Dogs, unless they are beatifully trained well disposed Labradors, or cute black poodles....

Horible to hear you are hurting. I hope the dentist does a good job and you come through quickly.

It is huge to admit that we need others. Working with the vunerability in that seems to be part of the mystery and beauty of life.

I think you know I don't cry much @Zoe7 but I have tears now in my eyes and a lump in my throat. You inspire me as I inspire you. When you got through those dark days previously I was willing you as much as I was willing myself. For every day you survived I survived because you gave me strength. Yes, we don't chat that much, but I follow you because there's something about you so special.

Get on top of that dental pain (and I know how much dental pain hurts) and infection, and slowly the wheels will turn in the right direction again.

I managed to get a couple of hours sleep until the pain woke me again. More pain meds and hoping for a few more hours of relief. Just need to get through the night the best way I can and hope those ABs relieve some of the pain tomorrow
