Try some slow, deep breathing @Zoe7 ? The pain is affecting your nervous system, but stress elevated pain receptors ..... that has been part of my injuries and healing path, and D3’s. Deep, slow breathi g calms the nervous system ..... all of it, including the nerve that is causing pain in your teeth, as well as calming the distress you are feeling.

It becomes a physical management thing, where the oxygen draw of breathing in, then holding for a count to 3,4 or 5, then a cam, long exhale, and another count to 3,4 or 5 before taking the next breath physically regulates the body’s pain response.

I know it sounds nuts when youre feeling distrased, but close your eyes and give it a go ?

I am feeling less sick atm but super tired. I think it is going to be a long night though. I am going to steamed some veggies until they are soft enough to mash up - then hopefully be able to eat a little with my next AB tonight. Unfortunately it probably won't be until tomorrow that they take effect and give me some relief.

Yes @Zoe7 ..... printed off some visual diary stuff while I was at uni with D3 ✅

Then came home and worked on my sculpture. All the base work (armourage) is done ✅ and the coating of it ✅ and have started on the coating of the coating ... lol ✅

D3 cooked dinner, unasked 🎉 ..... so it’s been a pretty good day, capped with finding you back here 🤗💕.

Tonight D3 and I are tackling our video + questionnaire homework again. Have to see whether we can get it done this time without falling asleep in the middle of it ...... which is not actually the aim of the thing ..... :face_with_rolling_eyes:😏

Yes .... sometimes that’s how the universe works @Zoe7 😀 ..... like you have been there for me at times to pick me back up. I have to add “and others” too, because there are other very special forumites who have helped to carry both of us forward, as I think we have for them too ..... 💕
