I am naughty, havent been keeping update on your travels but will start reading today and tomorrow...........

My issues is I'm now needing 2 long sleeps during the day and sleep at night......The meds are really getting me down but what to do?

sorry i didnt get back to you earlier, it was good to hear from you, how things are and the 'realness' of your situation with husband and family. i'm always amazed at how you do so well to keep on keeping on beside your husband. Not accepting the mi or behaviours but maintaining a close proximity to be there when he begins that recovery and acceptance phase (hope).

its not something that many families could do for so long, its a testament to your strength and character. I really was glad to hear you share and vent,

Thank you @lisajsne .... it's not easy, but apart from battling circumstantial or situational depression and distress at times, I don't have that personal struggle with mi that many here do , but the things that you all share help me to understand better the behaviours and struggles in others in close proximity around me .... sister, brother, DIL, extended in-law family .... ocd everywhere there and I am still trying to work out what sort of issue that one can be ....

It helps so much to feel that my support is valued here .... I value and appreciate all of you so much in such a short time. I think the suffering produces an intense capacity for empathy and compassion alongside the other issues.

Wishing you a happy new year @Faith-and-Hope. Think I'm 15 mins late but I just woke up. Here's hoping that 2017 brings some positive changes for you and that this year things come to a head so you can begin to move on again with your family.
