A challenge I would think 😕 Hope this is a time yo rekindle some first love maybe.
Any good churches to visit there? Did you go this morning? Love ancient architecture and history. Churches are great for it. Hugz xox

Hi @Zoe7

I have got a bit more done, but had an argument with a uni printer that wouldn’t give my work back ...... grrr (machine, not person) but I couldn’t stay and get a librarian to check it out cos I had to go to an artist talk, D2 in tow ..... and we then viewed his work with him talking about it, in a gallery here.

It was awesome, and the sort of artwork I couldn’t go to see with family in general. It’s ephemeral, and the value of the work, the concepts, would be lost on them. It’s making me feel my wings ..... 😏

Re: Far and Away

Had to look up ephemeral @Faith-and-Hope lol

There is so much art out there that we often don't see so it is great that you are broadening your persepective and getting so much out of it. It is also great that you have D2 with you too - exposes her to many different things as well and while she may not experience it as you do it is still broadening her world.

So pleased it is making you feel your wings - art is so good to inspire us in so many different ways

It’s therapy for my achey heart @Zoe7 ...... an unexpected windfall from being here.

Yeah Hon and I am so glad you have your art and your course to give you those joyous moments in the east @Faith-and-Hope

I think I need to lay down - have a very heavy head now. So I will say goodnight sweetheart and head to bed. It is super early but I am struggling with this headache again - will take more meds and hopefully sleep really quickly. Catch up with you in the morning if I can get my butt into gear early enough. Hope you sleep well Hon

Re: Far and Away

Hey Hon Hope you are having a good day @Faith-and-Hope

Your niece decided to go walkabout last night - I couldn't find her anywhere. I didn't hear her jump the fence nor did Toby (and he usually alerts me to that fact when she does climb the fence) so I had to leave the back door open in the hope she would come in from wherever she was hiding. I was up and down all night - partyly because she was not in and partly because of the persistent headache. When I checked at about 2am the little bugger was curled up in her room. I have absolutely no idea where she had been hiding but I was ccertinly relieved she was back inside. She will be shut in earlier tonight - she is still in my bad books lol

Got a weekend of paperwork, housework and footy planned - with lots of rest thrown in there too. Do you have any plans for the weekend?

Re: Far and Away

Ahhh @Zoe7 naughty naughty @Faith-and-Hope 's niece. Presume you mean your cat here. Bad cat making you worry like that. Hope the persistent headache finally gave you some peace, if not overnight, at least as today progressed. I read that you had another pretty good day at work. So nice to know you are valued and appreciated there. Makes it worth turning up to work each day.

Yeah I have some footy planned for tonight actually. Currently got my NRL team playing, Canberra Raiders. Then at 7.50pm my Swans are playing Adelaide. Hope they can make a better fist of it tonight than they did last Saturday against the Bullies. When does Brisbane play?

Re: Far and Away

Awww @Zoe7 ..... I know Cat was just bring a cat ..... but that was pretty sucky. I guess though, when we are up and down during the night anyway, it might as well be for cat antics as for anything else ..... but I am sorry to hear that she gave you a fright.

I have my usual sort of weekend planned here. Another group project get-together, a neck massage, church, and homework pretty much sums it up.

I am headed to the shops now to pick up dinner ingredients, and the kids have a movie night planned at home to watch something mr. had suggested a few weeks ago - something he has seen in a flight.

Re: Far and Away

We play Sunday @Former-Member but Paramatta play tonight so I will be watching that and flipping over to get updates on your game. Hoping the Swannies can win tonight - I think it will be a cracker of a game

Yes Cat went on a big adventure - she is definitely @Faith-and-Hope 's niece when she does that lol
