A challenge I would think 😕 Hope this is a time yo rekindle some first love maybe.
Any good churches to visit there? Did you go this morning? Love ancient architecture and history. Churches are great for it. Hugz xox

Re: Far and Away

So glad the excursion went well @Zoe7 with all your little one's.

It is amazing how kids can surprise us. Sometimes they have these hidden talents and they only come out when given the opportunity. You and I both know that kids learn in so many different ways and that each one is unique.

I'm sure you would be exhausted hon, you've had a really big day. I hope you get done what you need to and then able to get a good night's sleep. Really good news that you can eat, hopefully it is the worst over now.

Re: Far and Away

I kept the nosiest and more bubbly kids with me so it wa a lot @Snowie They were so excited so it was hard to keep a lid on them but it was also lovely to see them have so many questions and be able to work out things for themselves also.

Re: Far and Away

I used to get exhausted on excursions and that was with older kids @Zoe7 I can only imagine how much harder/busier it would have been with little ones.

However, I am sure each and every one of them went home and raved about the day. Building memories that you just can't replace.

Re: Far and Away

I hope so @Snowie They certainly had a lot of questions. We also bought them icy poles as it was 30 degrees today so that was a nice way for them to sit and settle this afternoon.

Hehe @Zoe7 I will gladly accept!!

Hopefully your kids aren't too tired tomorrow after such a full on day today. Hoping also that they are easy to settle. They might still be on a high!!

Re: Far and Away

They have music first up in the morning so someone else's problem lol @Snowie

Re: Far and Away

Haha @Zoe7 hopefully they burn off some of that energy in music then. Do you cover another class during that time or do you have that time for planning?

Re: Far and Away

Planning time @Snowie thank goodness as I have done nothing tonight 😒
