There have been a lot of little white fur babies in Bunnings, where I am spending most of my time when not trying to sort out the house and garden. Thinking of you …. ❤️🦋

Still “snowed in” over here. Trying to rest when I can, but getting things sorted out is actually the rest I need,

@Faith-and-Hope Struggling a bit Hon but I will be okay. The class is settling in bits and pieces but it is hard work at present. By the latter part of each day and week I am pretty sore and tired but that is improving slowly - I will get there, just hard work so far. I am not enjoying work as much as I used to but I also have not had such a young class before so it will improve - just taking some long, deep breaths some days until it passes.

Money is very scarce also so that is adding to my stress - very hard to pay the bills, mortgage and essentials right now so feel I am constantly paying things off. Hoping to go to Sydney in a couple of months for the exhibition but not sure I will be able to pull enough money together to go - so that too is affecting me because it has been nearly 2 years in the making and I have really been looking forward to it 😢 See how the next few weeks go and if I can get on top of things a bit more.

Oh Hon @Zoe7, that is hard and it is a lot 🥺. Hoping and praying it all comes together for you, I hope you are able to add self-care moments into the day. It’s important to nurture you xxx.

I have been through a really hard and exhausting time, moving house at both places at once - one by proxy. Vendor fell seriously ill at my new home here and landed in hospital - I couldn’t ask them or their son to leave, of course, but also had to be out of the rental house by date, and relinquishing storage units where all my stuff landed in a totally trashed-up state 2 years ago … grrrr. Packers cheated me at the time too (ex had me evicted in my absence). I am finding boxes I paid to store for the 2 years that have only 1 or 2 items in them 🤬😔. I have been shifting boxes and lugging things up and down stairs. Body complaining, and so exhausted …. still dealing with collateral damage wrought by the a/h, but finding joy in everything well-placed in my new home. I am feeling driven to achieve it too. Frustration and anger pushing me forwards. I don’t know how to rest other than reclaiming my life this way. It’s like a huge release, flooding, but healing too. Hard to describe. There is a lot of physical problem-solving to do with this older house, so I am at my local Bunnings almost every day. Thinking of you when I’m there, and drawing courage from the amazing handy-woman you are.
