Not really much time to myself these holidays @Snowie I have slept a lot in between working. Still not doing very well but getting though the work bit by bit.

Oh Hon I really do feel for you ❤️❤️❤️😢 @Faith-and-Hope I can imagine how much that would be hurting you sweetheart 😒 You definitely deserve to be supported and validated - especially with all ex has already put you through. All I can say is stay the course - those that cannot/ do not want to see just how nasty he is/has been throughout all this will need to face their own demons in time. Even if they are those close to you - it is a lesson they need to learn. I know that may seem harsh but you deserve better 💕

Had a big day myself. Psych this morning and she has never seen me so tired and flat (her words). We talked a bit about what is happening and also how to move forward - nothing I did not already know but it was nice to actually vocalise some things ...something I have not really been good at in the past so it is a big step forward. I really trust her and feel comfortable with her. She is changing her work place and days which will mean I cannot see her on the weekend anymore ...but she is going to work late once a month on a Friday so I can see her after work.

We did get into a lot today so I was not up to doing much for most of the day. I have done a little more work this evening but have given up now as I cannot concentrate. Unfortunately I have a headache but that is probably not unexpected with how much has been going on. I will be okay, just need to put one foot in front of the other and keep swimming.
