.. that's good re savings @Former-Member sent 2nd lot of $ to conveyancer late last night as had passed midnight in NSW which the world runs around. Trick I learnt lodging centrelink forms, do it after midnight NSW time

I think you should be ok with conveyancer but just be direct in your communication so theres no room for misunderstandings. Mercury is a bit of a trickster when it goes retrograde @TAB It must be nerve wracking though. I have to check the mail soon. Its cold inclement weather in Melbourne.

Hello @Snowie I don't think we've chatted before! Thanks for the tag. I hope you have a nice day today. Not much planned but will just stick to my routine. Am waiting for the eclipse window to close. We had a solar eclipse a couple of weeks ago and a lunar eclipse tomorrow. Things should start to settle down after then. Theres lots of heightened expectation and chaotic energy right now. Just taking things slowly.
