Re: Far and Away

Thats no good about being docked for the dole for 6 months because you left W.A. We all need somewhere to live. I'm glad you got the house but don't know what you do about the dole now. You've had so much bad luck @TAB, plus the conveyancer or someone wanting more money out of you. I'm deeply sorry this is all going on for you right now. There are some real sharks out there and they see someone on a low income like yourself and try to rip you off. I've experienced ongoing themes of this in my life. One solicitor I had on one occasion was a fraudster. Have had numerous tradies try and rip me off etc...I have to usually research the market then go through home improvement pages which offers some level of protection and get 3 or more quotes.

I'm back in from another walk. I have more energy since upping my red meat quotient since a week or so ago. Feel better for it TAB. Went on a different route through some twirly streets with lots of strange dead ends. I don't know how town planning came up with these strange streets that come to an abrupt stop with unusual paving and tree pole gates. Its a bit weird. You can easily get lost in the other side of this old estate.

I have no other news my fasting blood sugar was 5.8 this morning! YAY I took your advice taking a supp for my overactive bladder at night but the supp I tried first didn't work. I took it for a whole month with no result. Got a new supp GMO free etc which does work however. Had a whole full 8 hours sleep without having to wake up 4-5 times in the middle of the night to pee. Its been like this for over a year with broken sleep. The GP told me I would have to live with it. She did not know about pumpkin seed extract but with some of these supp companies its hard to guarantee effectiveness or potency.

Anyway I hope you have a reasonably ok day today. What are your future plans? Your house would be ready for settlement now

Yeah working with injury is a problem. I don't think you are suited for work right now so just move to S.A and then work on healing until you can go back to employment again. I think you have been overestimating your abilities for now but I know you want to get back to full employment again @TAB Maybe focus on yourself.

Fix your knee and back up and then see what the future holds? ❤️ A move interstate will change your life in numerous ways so its something nice to look forward to. So glad you got your new digs. I'm reading in The Age that ordinary people are having mental health struggles over finances and high costs of rent and difficulty accessing counselling sessions. Nobody can afford counselling. The government is trying to make counselling more accessible, its their next plan!

@Faith-and-Hope I hope you can find some energy to get through what you need to Hon. Sending you some extra strength and a whole lot of love 💕

@Snowie @Former-Member @TAB Not really functioning well myself - was late to work because I could not get moving. I continue to feel so fatigued despite thinking it was passing. One of my parents commented this morning that I looked tired and did not sound well - all said with concern and care though. Can't get into my GP yet but they will call if an appointment comes up.
