ohh just got the 'worries' atm @Snowie I agreed to a weeks worth of work next week, thought best try and fit some exercise in while I can re bad knee that let me down a few times last year, so of course I but back out doing it.

Just feeling old and stupid and want to hide.

sent emails to people yesterday, no one replied.

Was thinking this morning' I've done nothing wrong' .. but its also true that 'I've done nothing right' .. I could have worked on my 'fitness' had plenty of time.. and/or could have just made an excuse up and said was not available ...

Sat at the end of my driveway for the ANZAC dawn service …. till I started getting rained on. Migrated to the open garage, lol. Lotsa birdsong here, and lovely park across the road. Morning light is so beautiful. Gun£ire Coffee, and will go get D2 up for some scrambled eggs before we are on the go again ….. working to deadlines in all directions, but wanted to “take a moment”.

.. I did the driveway thing one covid year @Faith-and-Hope .. ha yeah funny reading about 'gunfire breakfasts' at RSLs talking about bacon and eggs .. hmm .. No .. its big mug of coffee with a few fingers of rum in it served by senior NCOs ..

The unit I was in did it in 1982 , sergeants came to our barracks at like 5 am with coffee urns on trolleys and bottles of rum ... well we had nothing on for the rest of the day.. the other Anzac Day I was there , we were in the parade, marched in Brisbane.

Going to head out soon and finish my path @Snowie then will do some grocery shopping before I settle in for the afternoon to do some more work. I am looking forward to seeing the kids tomorrow but also glad it is only 3 days to ease back into it.
