A challenge I would think 😕 Hope this is a time yo rekindle some first love maybe.
Any good churches to visit there? Did you go this morning? Love ancient architecture and history. Churches are great for it. Hugz xox

Re: Far and Away

I slept through the night last night @Former-Member after going to bed early. Feeling a little better this morning but still going to take it easy today. How are you Hon?

Re: Far and Away

So pleased you slept through @Zoe7 and are feeling a little better today.

Not off to a great start this morning and not much planned for the day. Really struggling with filling in my time ATM.

In good health though so can't complain too much.

What do you have planned for the rest of the week, b4 return to school next week ? 💜💕💜

Re: Far and Away

Just had a nice visit by my sister @Former-Member The added bonus is I now don't need to drive to her place as she took the jackhammer with her for her partner. It is cold and wet here today so I was not looking forwarded to the drive. I do have my pdoc appointment this afternoon though so I will need to go out for a little while anyway. As it is not good weather to be outside I will try to do some school work and I have some reading to finish before next week.

I know what you mean with filling in time. I was the same when I was off work but luckily when I had more energy and was feeling better mentally, I could get stuck into some things around the house. Is there a project or something you have always wanted to do that you could start?

Re: Far and Away

@Zoe7 glad you got some sleep last night. I hope your appointment with the pdoc goes well hon. You are showing such amazing strength and growth, you should really be proud of yourself.

@Former-Member I can understand the filling in it. Doing things helps us fill in that time, stops our mind from going places, but the effort it takes to fill in that time is really taxing on us.

@Faith-and-Hope @Shaz51 @TAB and anyone else around. Wishing you a really good day.

Re: Far and Away

So pleased you don't need to go out into the weather as of yet @Zoe7. Hope your psych appointment goes well. How lovely to have had a visit from your sister.

No projects to get into around the house as I am only renting atm. As for other projects I am feeling rather unmotivated. Just focused on my volunteering and doing job applications.

Have a nice afternoon won't you Zoe and thanks for your correspondence. Excuse me but I'm a tad miserable today.

Re: Far and Away

Thanks @Snowie I'm so grateful for your understanding. I'm always trying to find things to do, but it's hard. Maybe a trip to the library this afternoon. I've been doing a lot of reading lately.

Hope you are having a good day 💕💜💕.

Re: Far and Away

@Former-Member I hope you got to the library hon and got some good books. I love reading autobiographies, what do you like reading?

Re: Far and Away

@Snowie yes I did get to the library. I did a search on Scottish Fiction before I went ( my daughter wishes to go soon for work and I fancy finding out a little so I can discuss with her ). I look forward to reading them.

I like fiction. Do you get to read often ?

Re: Far and Away

Thats really good @Former-Member

I am glad you found some books for yourself.

I haven't been reading much lately. I normally love curling up on the couch with a good book. I have tried too but it is hard when there is so much in my head at the moment. There doesn't seem to be room for reading.
