I look back to when I first came into hospital and there has been an improvement in my mental health. I think the treatments and med changes are helping. I hope I can be out of here in a week and try to get things back to normal.

Hi @Snowie sorry I havent been saying much, I dont know what to say.

That's good you can see some positives. Not the same I know, but I went to Emergency with life threatening thing 2 years ago now maybe, I kept bothering people about getting out. It just made it harder. ok they created it as kept telling me oh you'll be out tomorrow, so then I think well what's going on ? why aren't I leaving .. left in big hurry, wasnt that well, driving 20ks in peak hour traffic to get where staying for night. Really silly in hindsight.

Could have found my way to canteen when it was actually open.. get newspapers etc. settled back and just gone with it and maybe stayed another night or two. Would have been easier. Was just self -created pressure gotta go gotta go .. oh. This. is . Hard ....😊

.. EDIT..come appt time this morning, app told me drs appt 'declined' so am reverting to appt tomorrow afternoon.

Then today , remembered out of nowhere have appt at consulate next Thursday. And they demand you be there in person. they have already used up 4weeks compulsory wait for appt. and whole process has deadlines with potential real and unfair consequences . So. Leaving in a week or so. Have to cool it for a while. Hope you are doing okay @Snowie (15/3) lol
