Far and Away

It is still uncomfortable to eat @Former-Member and my face is still pretty tender from the infection. I am going to need another course of ABs as it has not cleared yet but I see my GP tomorrow so will get it from her rather than contacting my dentist.

It is quite warm here this afternoon also - says it is 26 presently but feels much warmer. I have the cricket on but not really watching it. Getting some more things sorted in the spare room but I don't think I can put any more on the trailer so might need to take that load away tomorrow.

I did the same with Toby's bed and some of his blankets today @Snowie ...better get them off the line as they will be like cardboard in this weather lol

I always try and wash the big things @Zoe7 when the weather is nice. Means I don't have things all around the house. Have some more washing to do but waiting for D to get home from work before I put it on.

Sounds like you are getting lots done lately hon.

I washed all the bean bags, pillows and toys from school straight after we finished @Snowie as we had the weather to get them dry quickly ...and they are done so that is a bonus. The down side is they are presently in my spare room lol

Least they are washed @Zoe7 One less thing to worry about.

Hopefully you will be able to empty out your spare room a bit when you go back to work.

That is the plan @Snowie - I am stacking everything that needs to go back and what I can also take in onto one side of the room. The rest I am sorting out to keep or throw out ...way too much stuff collected over the years hahaha

I am not that bad @Zoe7 but hubby is a hoarder. He will hang on to anything and everything. Always trying to get him to throw things out, give them away or sell them. He has gotten a little better over the years!!! Just like his mum 😁

You are getting so much done in these holidays, please make sure you take some time out for yourself.

I have community health dental appointment Wednesday can't wait. I've been waiting 3 months. Was better than a 3 year wait which I was looking at initially.

I know I will need one removed.

Hi @Snowie have managed to the same also 🙂. Great day for drying laundry today.

There is honestly nothing that I have not used before @Snowie @Former-Member but I am taking the approach now - if it hasn't been used for a couple of years then it goes - apart from all my books, art and craft stuff and expensive school resources. I have already filled one garbage bag today and thrown a few more things on the (already full) trailer. There is a little more to do in the garage and then I can store some more things in there. Some things are also falling apart because I have had them for so long lol

I hope you appointment on Wed goes okay @Former-Member I was joking with my dentist last week that we are a family of tooth issues - me, Toby just having two of his out and Clover may needing hers out. I have no doubt that mine is medication related as well - I used to have very healthy teeth ...no fillings apart from crowns on my front teeth that were broken in sport ..now several out and many fillings 😔
