Out of my emergency pain relief @TAB but it is finally helping so may be able to sleep a little before they wear off. I can't even call my GP as she is on holidays until next week

Well get as comfy as you can . Is she only dr at practice? @Zoe7 gone to bed here . Still 27 deg @ 930pm no ac in sleeping area. Trying to blow cool air from other room w oversized fan lol

Still 28 deg here too @TAB. Hard to sleep in this heat.

Feeling unsettled but okay-ish @Zoe7 . Watching educational YouTube vids about NPD….. the more you know the more you can put boundaries around. Also getting as full-on creative as I can - my panacea. Not much communication from the awol bd’s 😔. Jay is keeping me company, kneeling my crochet work ….. it obviously needs tenderising 😂
