in bed this afternoon sleeping; i didn't have a good night last night waking up so many times

going to have a test done tomorrow barium swallow test and then getting my hair cut and coloured.

@Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member @Snowie @Shaz51 @Eve7 @Former-Member @BlueBay I have had a better day today. I spent a lot of time outside doing bits and pieces and watching Toby and Clover chase each other around the backyard. The fresh air and the fur babies antics have helped. There have been moments of sadness, a few tears and still feeling a bit lost with everything but I haven't slept all day so I will take that as a win. I also got a really nice message from my assistant principal checking in on me - very unexpected but really nice of her. Knowing I have the support at work and I can take my time if I need certainly makes a difference. I still have not been able to go out to do the shopping but will try to do so tomorrow - will see how I feel.

I am glad today has been a better one @Zoe7 …. gently-gently 🌷💕
