Absolutely @Snowie It is already making a difference. I may be able to do a couple of things at home whilst I am having time off and that will help with my mental health as well - keeping busy is good for me.

It really is a break I needed @Snowie The kids do give me so much joy but I am worn out from all the emotional turmoil of the past 6 months or so. Dealing with grief, my Dad, the constant pain and trying to get everything done at work around family etc. has taken it's toll. This last death has hit me hard but I should not be surprised - I have been suppressing the grief over the last couple of years now so I was bound to break at some point.

Know doubt you were @Zoe7 You have had so much going on and it has just caught up on you. We try to hold it together for so long and then it hits us at once.

It is good you have recognised this within yourself and have sought help. Shows just how much you have grown within the last few years.

Ultrasound for Mr shaz yesterday and a sunspot cut out tomorrow

I had a doctors appointment today and he is totally surprised that I am not on DSP and having regular check ups for all my stuff

Saw mum today and we played bingo with everyone
