This week has just got worse - just found out an extended family member committed suicide. Don't know how much more I can take - wanted to curl up in a ball and sleep for a week already ...just feel sick 😥

@Zoe7 ❤️❤️ I have no words, but so much warmth and compassion. I can see its been such a tough time for you recently, I imagine today brings very intense shock. We are all with you 🌻 Do you have someone you can reach out to today if that is what you need?

I do not wish to intrude on your safe space over here as I know only too well about the need to have one. As you know I have my own on the forums.

I am so sorry for your recent loss of sister's relative and realise that you are still trying to grasp that concept.

I have recently lost my mum as you know and still have not realised that she is no longer here.

To read today; as I picked up from recent posts section; of the latest tragedy in your life is beyond words.

I have lost far too many acquaintances over the years to this and feel helpless in offering support of thinking of you.

This sadly brings loss to those who want to help you also as to how.

Please take care and do not slip into questioning, as hard as that is to do, at times like this.

I cannot even leave an emoji.

I have no words - just feel sick and so tired. Spoke to my sister and she could hear it in my voice. I have tried to stay on top of everything for everyone else but can feel I am now at breaking point myself. I have barely eaten all week, my back is really bad and every part of me aches ...I am just exhausted physically and mentally. I am seeing my GP Monday and psych next Saturday so will see what they say. I really don't want to take time off work as keeping busy helps but I just don't know if I am in the right place to be there either - don't know much at all right now 😥
